OUR HISTORY
We were established in 1986 by Trudy MacKenzie.
Since 2008 we have specialised in delivering leadership, management, and business improvement to the Construction industry. In 2017 we started delivering Modern Apprenticeships.
In 2020 we implemented a 4 day working week. In March 2022 we became 100% employee owned.

Our Modern Apprenticeships are a recognised route to both CSCS Gold and CSCS Black Cards. Funding is available for all programmes.
